Unfortunately no, our applications are looked at on a first come, first serve basis. -
Do I pay the first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Any applicant(s) that do not meet our credit or combined income requirements. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
You are able to pay rent online via the tenant portal, via check, or credit card. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Check with us first, most of our rentals are pet friendly. You will complete a third party pet screening & refundable pet deposit will be collected. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
The roommates can re-apply without you at the end of the lease term. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Notify our company within 30 days of move out so we can prepare the necessary forms. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Generally the landlord is responsible for paying repairs and maintenance on the property but the lease will specify in further detail.
