You are able to pay rent online via the tenant portal, via check, or credit card.

Check with us first, most of our rentals are pet friendly. You will complete a third party pet screening & refundable pet deposit will be collected.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
The roommates can re-apply without you at the end of the lease term.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Notify our company within 30 days of move out so we can prepare the necessary forms.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Generally the landlord is responsible for paying repairs and maintenance on the property but the lease will specify in further detail.
