As a prospective tenant, you want to know what kind of service you can expect when you lease from Avanti Real Estate.
Some of the ways we ensure topnotch services are:
- 24 hour maintenance requests which can be done online
- Quick submission of applications for available properties can be done online at any time
- Avoiding time and hassle of written checks by making rent payments online
To get started:
- We run our own credit check and background check for all applicants.
- A copy of your ID and proof of income must be provided at the time of applying.
- All applicants the age of 18 or older must submit an application.
- There is a $45 application fee that is nonrefundable.
- Renter’s insurance is required for the duration of your lease.
*Please do not submit an application until after you have seen the property. We don’t want you to waste your money on a property you’re not interested in.
