  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    Yes, we are not able to discriminate against sources of funds as long as the tenant meets the income and credit requirements.
  • Are you licensed?

    Yes, all of our agents are licensed. Our Brokerage DRE# is 01850429.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    Yes, we have a 24 hour line for urgent issues that rings to all of our top administrators.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes, we utilize ACH to directly deposit funds into our owner’s account.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    Yes, we can have you sign it if that’s your preference. Most of our owners prefer we handle this for them.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes, we are a licensed real estate broker and can help you sell or buy at any time.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    We process and send out all owner payments by the 10th of the month.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Tenants are able to pay their rent online via their tenant portal, via check, or credit card.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    We typically get 1 year leases signed for our properties however if the owner would like to do a shorter or longer term we can accommodate our owner’s preference. We also manage vacation rentals.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Security deposits are typically 1 months rent which is industry standard. Pet deposits or increased deposits for furnished rentals are applied separately.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    As soon as we have a signed contract with the owner.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    We manage single family homes, condos, townhouses, multi-unit properties and vacation rentals.
